This design is very retro and I'm enjoying it. Your transparency is done effective key. I especially think it's working best with the center yellow square that has two overlapping elements. The flow is good as it helps move your eyes all around the perimeter of the compositions. I think one improvement would be to move the long rectangle on the right edged as its a little tight)
